The table above is based on the 183 active, non-contingent listings currently showing in the Hot Springs Board of Realtors® Multiple listing service. The median price of a "lakefront" condo (remember the caveat of common property) is 189k, indicating there are more units listed below the average than above it. Yes, you can get under contract today for around $74,000. But, I'm pretty certain it is on a ditch off the lake, so it pays to shop, ok? 

As is usually the case, the dataset is reduced to Garland County. If we reduce it a bit further to Lake Hamilton in Garland County, our table will look like this:

This, of course uses as a an assumption (always a less than good thing in real estate) that the listing agent entered the searchable indicator that their listing was actually ON Lake Hamilton.
