As of 9am CDT today (it changes):

There are 899 Homes currently listed for sale in Hot Springs and Garland County within the hot Springs Board of Realtors® multilist. Inventory up over last report. 899 vs. 816.

These range in price from $12,000 to $2,500,000 resulting in an average Hot Springs home price of  $287,020 (down) and a median price of $199,900 (up by $900). This includes BOTH Residential Homes for sale AND waterfront homes for sale.

Filtering by home type:

There are 682 Active (up), non-contingent listings, ranging from $12,000 to $1,700,000 with an average Home price of $202,173 (up) and a median price of $164,700 (also up).

So, it looks like we have MORE inventory... but the prices are ticking up.

Waterfront Homes for sale in Hot Springs:

There are 217 Active, non-contingent listings (up), ranging from $94,900 to $2,500,000  with an average Home price of $553,681 (down a tad) and a median price of $449,900 (down a touch). These are WATERFRONT homes for sale in Hot Springs, Garland County Currently Active in the hot Springs Board of Realtors® multilist.

Although this data is probably much more accurate than what you will find on your own, It is general, and therefore not specific to what you might be looking for as posted earlier in "Statistical Overload". If you have specific needs, give me a call. If you are working with an agent, that agent should be able to obtain this statistical info for you. (an example would be if you are looking for a 3/2 RESIDENTIAL home, the data would change to: 288 listings (up), average: 173,009 (up); median: 158,200). Again, Inventory up, but prices also ticking up.
