Although he was dealing with a flat market, he encouraged us to try various approaches to gain the interest of buyers, and he gave us feedback from those who visited the home. Although we considered renting out and rent to own options, he guided us with very thoughtful advice about the pros and cons of those approaches as well. He also was very proactive on sharing online data with us--how many people looked at the house online, how many people visited in depth on line, and he called every time the house was shown as a result of those viewings. I had a great deal of insecurity about selling my house - it wasn't the perfect house and I've dealt with some people in the real estate business who weren't exactly on the up-and-up. I am very grateful Bill wasn't one of them. He watched my back, and he became the person that I relied on to let me know what speed bumps were coming up. My wife and I cold called Bill back in the spring time considering a move to Hot Springs, Bill was very informative and emailed us several listings after finding out what we were looking for. Even though we were just looking he took the time and effort to show us several houses and treat us just like we were actively looking to purchase at that moment.
