Good Morning! Today, there are 706 single family homes for sale in the Hot Springs area. The average price of a home in the Hot Springs area today is $301,162... sounds great...but it isn't the data you need. Data should be related to the info you need.
The data is what comes up automatically... everyone's situation is unique. This data included both Lakefront AND non-lakefront. You don't need to be Einstein to figure that a lakefront home will be worth more than a non-lakefront, but this is the stuff of headlines and auto-valuation models. Let us dig a bit deeper and just look at the residential data (most of us can't afford to live on the lake). If you need lake numbers, give me a call and I'll post them :)
Today, there are 536 active listings for homes for sale in the Hot Springs area (Garland County). The average price is $210,416 with a median price (middle) of $168,750. Now if we look at an "average home", say... a 3/2 home with between 1700 and 2000 square feet, lets see what happens...
There are 49 listings, countywide. The average price in this criteria is $168,259 and the median is $160,000. Sounds a bit more affordable. Unique... everyone is unique and every house is unique.
If you would like for me to run some "unique" numbers for you, just give me a call or drop me a line.
