oddly...same number of homes sold. The data is never apples to apples. Note the highest priced home... almost a million which was $500K higher than this month's highest sales price. That had to skooch the average $$ up. Beware of the "averages", like I always say... YOU are not "average" and neither are your needs. For a customized needs assessment, just give me a call.
