I will tell you which listing within your criteria is mine and tell you about it (I owe that legally to my seller clients). I will not pressure you to buy a home.

When you contact me about a property, here are some of the things I can do for you:
I respond quickly to your inquiry, so PLEASE respond back? When I say that I'll be glad to help, I mean that... but if you aren't making this a 2 way street by giving me some feedback, then (I feel that you will agree) I am going to be a little less intense on my involvement. The reason for the need in feedback is for YOU.
If you are "just looking" at the moment: It's fine, honest! Somewhere between 80-95% of the people looking for a home in Hot Springs begin on the internet (if they fall into national average). Just let me know... I can send you several things by email that will help you define what you are needing vs. wanting in your home search, I can send you a home buyer's guide that explains a lot of the process generally... all sorts of stuff... and here's the thing... I do it for free and with no obligation expected. (I'd just like for you to remember me when the time comes for you to think about selecting an agent)
The Client Connect Site (yours alone):
One of the best things I can do is to set you up what is called a "client connect site". It will make a sort of mini site that is yours alone. It will populate with properties that fit a detailed criteria that I enter, and you will get a notice when something new comes up. It is different from what you can do on the big-box websites... It isn't about advertising the agent that has spent the most advertising money, it isn't about blasting you with "featured ads" that have nothing to do with what the type of home you are looking for. The data is populated from our multilist server, not scraped off a website through syndication on the web. It is accurate, and up to date. During the looking time, feel free to ask me questions about more details on a particular listing and I'll be glad to look into it.
Feel free to waste your time on the newspaper ads, the magazines, and on the "big box" sites. Waste time and gas driving around looking for signs and calling the agent that works for the seller... but I can help with that and save you some time and money If you are interested, read on...
It does give you a limited general idea about what is out there, but here is some logic for you. Most agencies rotate their advertising through print ads. They simply cannot afford to put an ad in the paper for everything... today for instance, there are over 1,600 active listings of lots and homes in the Hot Springs multilist. There are over 700 homes for sale in Garland County alone (over 900 when you include condos and townhomes). Obviously, there are not that many properties in print advertising today... This is where a living, breathing REALTOR® can help by keying in your criteria (right down to the neighborhoods) into a powerful search engine (that we pay $$$ for) and have it spit out virtually everything that is entered into the database that matches your search criteria. Just saying...
BIG BOX SITES:
The "big box" sites are very good sites, however the listing data is often "scraped" from other sources and can be a bit dated. It is frustrating for a buyer to think that they have found a "dream home" only to find out that the home has been off the market, or sold for a couple of months. You need up to date info when you are making a decision like purchasing a home. That is where an agent beats the big box sites like a dirty carpet...
